Our skilled and motivating coaches will give you the skills and self-assurance to introduce you to a lifetime of running! Girls will utilize different strategies to get faster, run longer and learn to enjoy running! For ages 10-17.
Gymnastics | Rocky Mount YMCA
Our gymnastics program incorporates tumbling, gymnastics and cheer acrobatic/tumbling maneuvers. Students learn basic skills and equipment including the balance beam and horizontal bar. Instructed by Chelsea McConnell, who has over 16 years of gymnastics experience.
Tumbling | Rocky Mount & Smith Mountain Lake
Develop confidence and ability in essential tumbling skills, including, cartwheels, back and front walkovers, running and standing back handsprings.
